- 40 g semolina, soft wheat
- 125 ml milk, low-fat 1.5% fat
- 1 tsp sugar (allowance)
- 1 tsp honey (free allowance)
- 1 tsp cream, nut nougat
- 1 pear(s)
- 5 g almond(s), chopped
- 1 tsp margarine, reduced fat
- Cinnamon powder

Bring the semolina porridge to a boil in a saucepan with the milk, sugar, and a little cinnamon, stirring constantly. Whisk in the hazelnut spread. Meanwhile, peel and core the pear, and cut into small pieces. Toast the almonds in a dry pan, add the pear, honey, and margarine, and sauté briefly on low heat. Transfer the semolina porridge to a plate, arrange the pears on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. WW- 4.5P A delicious breakfast, dessert, or snack for those with a sweet tooth.
