Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ¼ watermelon(s)
- ½ pack of sheep’s cheese
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tsp curry paste, red
- 50 ml Cremefine for cooking, 7%
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simple and vegetarian
First, finely chop the spring onions, then add the curry paste, crème fraîche, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the watermelon flesh (preferably seeded) into medium-sized cubes. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Place both in a bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
