Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 500 g leek
- 500 g celery, with green
- 500 g parsley, with stems
- 400 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
salted
Put the cleaned vegetables through a meat grinder and then mix in the salt. Store in twist-off jars. It will keep for years.
