  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 500 g leek
  • 500 g celery, with green
  • 500 g parsley, with stems
  • 400 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Put the cleaned vegetables through a meat grinder and then mix in the salt. Store in twist-off jars. It will keep for years.
