Ham – Cheese – Spätzle

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g spaetzle, fresh
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • lots of parsley, fresh
  • 200 g cheese, grated (e.g. Emmental)
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions into rings, dice the ham, and halve the tomatoes. Then fry the onions in butter until golden brown, add the ham and tomatoes, and toss briefly. Finally, add the spaetzle to the pan. Transfer everything to a greased dish, mix in the cheese and parsley, and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. It’s super quick and easy. Serve with a mixed salad.
