Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce), large leaves
  • 5 fruits (Nespera)
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated, preferably organic
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • some herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, zest the lemon with a zester and place it in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the bowl. Add the mustard, sugar, herb salt, and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly to make a salad dressing. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into smaller pieces. Deseed the Nespera and also cut them into smaller pieces. Add the lettuce and fruit to the salad bowl and mix thoroughly.
