- 2 small zucchini
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- n. B. Salt (Society Garlic Salt or Garlic Salt)
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 4 basil leaves
- 4 small cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp coconut oil or butter as needed

Wash the zucchini, halve it, and slice it. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the zucchini slices. Meanwhile, dice the mozzarella, quarter the tomatoes, and finely chop the basil. Once the zucchini slices are fried, add salt and pepper to taste. Crack the egg into the pan, mix, and stir in the diced cheese. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with the chilled tomatoes and basil, and serve.
