Cauliflower with pear, almonds and warming spices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • e.g. olive oil
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • n. B. Salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • n. B. Barberries

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Wash and slice the pear. Combine the cauliflower and chopped almonds in a bowl with olive oil, curry powder, salt, and paprika. Place everything on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Mix thoroughly, place the cauliflower in the center of the baking sheet, and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve on a plate, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with almond butter and barberries.
