Chicken breast with goat cheese and wild garlic filling

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • 200g bacon
  • 50 g wild garlic
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

From the oven

Cut a pocket into the chicken breast fillets, then flatten the meat slightly. Set aside a few large wild garlic leaves. Finely chop the remaining wild garlic and mix with the goat’s cheese. Place the leaves into the fillets first, then the cream cheese mixture. Close the fillets and wrap them with bacon slices. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
