Ham rolls with asparagus

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 6 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 18 stalk(s) asparagus, cooked
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour and breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Served with mashed potatoes and green salad

Top the ham slices with the cheese and asparagus, roll them up, and secure with toothpicks. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl, mix with the flour, a pinch of salt, and paprika. Beat the eggs well with a fork in a bowl. Coat the ham rolls in breadcrumbs, then in the egg, and then again in the breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan in plenty of oil, like a schnitzel.
