Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tsp butter, liquid
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel, wash, and dry the potatoes. Using a mandoline, slice them thinly. Do not wash the slices, as you will need the starch later. On a piece of baking paper, place eight potato slices slightly on top of each other. Carefully brush the potato slices with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Carefully roll the potato slices together. Place the finished rose in a muffin tin and place smaller potato slices in the center. Brush the finished flowers with a little melted butter. Bake everything for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
