Roast potatoes from the oven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary needles
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Mix them well with the other ingredients in a bowl and then spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes. The potatoes should be crispy!
