Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g tuna, fresh, cut into two steaks of 150 g each
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for the marinade
- ½ tsp lemon zest, fresh
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 21 minutes
Brush the tuna with oil, season with pepper, and sprinkle with lemon zest. Let it rest for 1-4 hours. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and fry the fish for 1-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak.
