Fish and leek pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s) (e.g. cod)
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600 g leek
  • 4 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the fish fillet and dry it lightly with a cloth. Then cut the fish fillet into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Trim the leek and slice it into rings. Heat butter in a pan. Add the leek and sauté. Add the fish fillet cubes and season with salt and pepper. Cover and sauté for 5 minutes. Mix the sour cream and mustard and pour over the fish. Let everything simmer for another 6 minutes. Rice makes a great side dish.
