Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g spinach, frozen
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 2 garlic cloves
- Paprika powder, sweet
- 1 egg yolk
- Cayenne pepper
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the spinach, feta, and spices. Spread everything on the puff pastry and roll it up using a kitchen towel or baking paper. Brush the strudel with egg yolk and bake at 180°C on the middle rack for 20 minutes. Serve with a salad.
