quick, easy and delicious
First of all: I like to use ready-made tart dough from the refrigerated section when I’m in a hurry, because I don’t think it’s bad either. But of course, you can also make your own tart dough, chill it before further processing, and then roll it out thinly. First, line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and grease the sides. Then line the bottom with the dough and also form a rim (about 3 cm high). At the same time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Mix the feta with the crème fraîche until you have a fairly spreadable mixture. Add a few more drops of milk if needed, and then spread the mixture over the pastry base. Finely chop the two onions and spread them on top. For the tuna cream, drain the tuna juices and place the fish in a bowl. Add the eggs, cream, tomato paste, and, depending on your taste (and your work schedule the following day), the crushed garlic, and puree everything with a hand blender. Season with pepper and a pinch of salt, and finally stir in the cheese. Pour the tuna cream into the springform pan, smooth it out, and trim any excess pastry. Finally, spread thinly sliced tomatoes on top of the tuna cream. Chopped olives also go well with the filling. Bake the tart in the oven for about 40 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs, such as parsley or basil, if desired. Enjoy warm or cold. Enjoy! For busy people: you can prepare the tart a few hours in advance and then refrigerate it unbaked, so you only have to put it in the oven at a later time.
