Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped or ground
  • 150 g date(s), soaked
  • some water, approx. 1 – 2 tbsp
  • 2 tsp, grated cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a good blender and blend thoroughly. Stir occasionally with a spoon and blend again until the desired consistency is reached. Add a little more liquid if necessary. Note: The entire batch (approx. 300 g) has 1467.5 kcal. That’s 489 kcal per 100 g, and a 20 g serving contains 97.8 kcal. Compared to Nutella, 20 g has 108.2 kcal.
