Low-carb rolls from the microwave

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g soy flour
  • 10 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • Salt ,
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff peaks form. Then, mix the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients and a generous pinch of salt. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe container with a lid (here, a Tupperware container). Microwave at 600 W for about 3-4 minutes, then let it rest for another 2 minutes with the lid on.
