Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp basil, chopped
- 750 g beans, green
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
Combine butter with salt, lemon juice, and basil, shape into a roll, and refrigerate. Trim the beans and simmer in salted and peppered water for 10 to 12 minutes. Cut the butter roll into slices. Portion the beans and serve immediately, topped with slices of butter. Serve with lamb chops and potato gratin.
