Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g konjac rice
- 200 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 tsp konjac flour
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Using a whisk, vigorously combine the almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla seeds. Add the konjac flour while stirring to avoid lumps. Briefly dry the konjac rice in a hot pan and add the almond milk mixture. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer until the rice reaches the desired consistency. Enjoy warm or cold.
