Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g instant wok noodles
- 1 tbsp soup powder, vegan
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 spring onion(s)
- ½ bunch coriander

vegan and perfect for the office
Slice the mushrooms and spring onions, and chop the cilantro. Layer the stir-fry noodles, soup mix, spring onions, cilantro, and mushrooms in a sealable container. Just before eating, add 500 ml of boiling water to the mixture, stir well, and let it simmer with the lid closed for 5 minutes until the noodles are tender.
