Strawberry-peach-kiwi smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ gr. can/n peach(s) with juice
  • 150 g strawberries, frozen, thawed the day before
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 2 kiwis, ripe
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 1 – 1.5 cm

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 5 minutes

Place the fruit and any remaining juice into a smoothie blender. Peel and quarter the kiwis, and add them. Add the sour cream and ginger. Blend everything, pour into glasses, and serve.
