Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken
- 4 potatoes
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cups broth
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Sea salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 8 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix the marinade ingredients and rub the chicken all over. Let it marinate briefly. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes. Cut open the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them into large cubes. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over them. Arrange the potatoes and peppers around the chicken, pour over the broth, and cook in the oven for about 1 hour.
