Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 jar of mushrooms (party mushrooms), approx. 170 g
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 5 cocktail tomatoes, various colors
- 1 cup cottage cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 piece(s) herb butter, approx. 2 fingers wide
- a few stalks of parsley
- 4 basil leaves
- salt and pepper

Cut the mushrooms, bell pepper, cooked ham, tomatoes, and basil into small pieces or cubes. Melt the herb butter in the microwave. Combine all ingredients and season with pepper, salt, and the melted herb butter. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the salad. Cover and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then stir and enjoy. This recipe works perfectly as a standalone salad or as a spread! Feel free to experiment with the ingredients. You can make it a little spicier with hot, pickled peppers, for example.
