Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese or sliced ​​cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ jar Jalapeño(s), pickled, or amount to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese in a saucepan over medium heat until melted and forming a sauce. Meanwhile, finely chop the jalapeños and garlic, then add them to the sauce. Stir in the honey and pepper. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool to thicken. If you want it a little spicier, simply add more jalapeños.
