Fried chicory with tomato and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicory
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • oregano
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the chicory in half lengthwise. Remove the bitter core. Add olive oil to a medium-high saucepan. Sauté the chicory until lightly browned. Chop the tomatoes, add them, and fry them lightly. Cut the feta cheese into pieces and add them. Press in the garlic cloves and sauté for another 5 minutes. Serve. Done.
