Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 270 g turkey breast fillet(s)
- n. B. Sambal Oelek
- e.g. soy sauce
- 1 portion of vegetables (whatever the fridge has to offer)

Cut the turkey breast (3 people) into thin strips and marinate with sambal oelek and soy sauce. Meanwhile, wash the vegetables (I often use red and yellow peppers, mung bean sprouts, zucchini, leeks, cauliflower, broccoli, or whatever else is on hand) and cut them into thin strips. Brown the meat thoroughly (I don’t add any additional oil, but feel free to add more if you like) and add the vegetables little by little (depending on the cooking time). I like to season with sambal oelek and soy sauce, but you can also add a little vegetable broth if you like.
