Chicken breast with lots of vegetables from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of green asparagus, approx. 500 g
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • n. B. Spice(s) to taste, such as turmeric or curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Enjoy low carb, so easy

It is prepared in the oven, so drizzle the baking tray with olive oil. Wash and trim all of the vegetables, chop them up and arrange them on the tray. Wash the chicken too and chop them up if it hasn’t been bought that way. Arrange the meat on the tray among the vegetables. Season everything to taste and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix well with a spoon or spatula every now and then. All the vegetables and meat will fill you up and save you a lot of carbohydrates and calories. You can of course use any vegetables you like. This is just an example.
