Quiche with arugula and goat cheese

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup goat’s cheese
  • 10 tomatoes, dried
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g arugula
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 150g mozzarella
  • Cayenne pepper

delicious, super quick, easy to prepare

Place the puff pastry base with the baking paper in a quiche dish. Spread the base with goat’s cheese. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes and spread them evenly over the goat cheese. Dice the cooked ham and add it to the dish. Clean the arugula, remove the stems, roughly chop the leaves, and place it on the puff pastry base. Dice the garlic and sprinkle it on top. Whisk the cream with the eggs, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and pour over the topping. Sprinkle with grated or finely diced mozzarella. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35 minutes (45 minutes without preheating).
