Potato pizza with marjoram gremolata

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sprigs of marjoram
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ organic lemon(s)
  • 30 g smoked almonds
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

With crème fraîche

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan-assisted oven). Peel the potatoes and finely grate them. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the dough with crème fraîche and arrange the potato slices on top in a fan pattern. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake in the hot oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. 2. Meanwhile, finely chop the marjoram. Finely dice the garlic clove. Grate the zest of half an organic lemon and squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Chop the smoked almonds. Mix everything with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and serve drizzled over the pizza. Per serving: 22 g protein, 45 g fat, 105 g carbohydrates = 951 kcal (3987 kJ)
