Light Chinese cabbage salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 8 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine mustard, white wine vinegar, water, oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing. Trim and wash the Chinese cabbage, and cut it crosswise into 1 cm wide strips. Trim and wash the bell pepper, and cut it crosswise into thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Mix everything with the dressing and serve sprinkled with chives.
