Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken
  • 3 liters of water
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 carrots, whole
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Ginger
  • curry
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Boil all ingredients uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and simmer for about 40 minutes. Gut and shred the chicken, then return it to the soup. The broth is delicious on its own or with noodles or rice.
