Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g chicken wings or chicken legs
  • n. B. water
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 grains of allspice
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

in a hurry without leek, as a basis for stews, sauces and for refining

Place the chicken pieces in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil and skim off any foam that forms. Only then add the allspice and bay leaves and reduce the heat until the broth is no longer boiling. Peel the carrots, slice them diagonally, and add them to the broth. Simmer gently over low heat until large globules of fat form. Then add salt and season to taste.
