Vegetable and minced meat stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, mixed
  • 50 g bacon
  • 2 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 4 carrots
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • n. B. Garlic clove(s), approx. 2-3 pieces
  • e.g. chili pepper(s)
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 n. B. salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

First, brown the bacon and onions in a pan, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. If necessary, add the garlic and chilies now. While the minced meat is browning, you can clean the vegetables and mushrooms and add them in the following order: carrots, peppers, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock, crumble the feta cheese over the meat, and add the cup of sour cream. Continue simmering with the lid on until the vegetables are cooked through but still have a bite. Season to taste with your desired spices. Once you’ve cooked with garlic and chilies, you hardly need any additional spices.
