- 60 g berries, frozen
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp oat flakes
- 70 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 handful of hazelnuts or other nuts of your choice
- 1 handful of strawberries or other fresh berries of your choice

Peel and finely chop the mango. Set some aside. Put the rest in a blender and add the yogurt, almond milk, oats, and frozen berries. Blend everything thoroughly. Serve garnished with nuts, mango, and strawberries.
