Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 60 g berries, frozen
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 70 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts or other nuts of your choice
  • 1 handful of strawberries or other fresh berries of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the mango. Set some aside. Put the rest in a blender and add the yogurt, almond milk, oats, and frozen berries. Blend everything thoroughly. Serve garnished with nuts, mango, and strawberries.
