Healthy, delicious and pleasantly warming
Pour the vanilla curd into a cereal bowl. Cut off the top and bottom ends of the orange, then cut away the peel completely from the sides. Then split the orange in half and remove the white part in the middle. Then cut the orange into pieces and chop them up. You can, of course, also fillet them. Add to the bowl with the curd. Add the raisins. Split the fresh dates, remove the pits, chop the dates up and add to the curd. Add the spices and linseed oil to taste and mix well. If desired, add a little sweetener, e.g., maple syrup or agave syrup. Tip: If you have the “Golden Milk” spice mix at home, you can use it instead of the individual spices mentioned above. It’s delicious with more than just milk. The mix contains cardamom, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, allspice, star anise, and pepper. This gives the cereal a special kick.
