Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 160 ml water, approx. as needed, the dough should no longer stick
  • some salt
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 large onion(s), red
  • 400 g tofu (silken tofu)
  • 250 g cheese substitute, vegan, e.g., Wilmersburger Pizzaschmelz
  • some soy cream (soy cream cuisine) , (soy cuisine)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the flour and salt. Add the oil and water. Knead well and let stand for a while (10 minutes). Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, forming a rim. Fry the onions in a little oil, then add the leek and tomatoes. Purée the silken tofu with an immersion blender and add the mixture to the vegetables. Season well. Spread the filling over the dough and sprinkle with the cheese substitute. Now spread some Sojacuisine over the cheese (so the cheese can melt) and bake at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
