Vegan tarte flambée

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tarte flambée dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 pack of cream cheese substitute, vegan
  • 1 smoked tofu
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 5 mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 handful of cranberries
  • 1 handful of herbs (tarragon, rosemary, basil, oregano)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with smoked tofu, vegetables and mushrooms

Slice the zucchini, smoked tofu, and mushrooms, and strip the bell pepper. Slice the onion and spring onions into rings. Roll out the finished tarte flambée on a baking sheet and spread with the vegan cream cheese. Arrange the vegetables and tofu on top. Top with spring onions and cranberries. Tear fresh herbs over the tarte flambée. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, drizzle olive oil over everything. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
