Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • 1 small lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of vanilla, ground
  • mineral water if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with maple syrup

Squeeze the lemon and blend it with the other ingredients. This will be a slightly tart drink. If you prefer it milder, you can either add a little more syrup or top it up with a little mineral water.
