Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of mint
- 450 g yogurt
- Salt and pepper, white
- 1 tsp sugar
- Lime(s), juice and zest
- 500 ml mineral water, still
- n. B. ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
refreshing
Pluck and finely chop the mint. Combine yogurt, salt, pepper, sugar, and lime juice and zest with the mint. Stir in ice-cold mineral water. Pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes, if desired.
