Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, e.g. raspberry vinegar
  • 1 small shallot(s), finely diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Popular dressing for leaf salads, but equally delicious as a hamburger or sandwich sauce

Combine salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, and sugar with mustard and vinegar. Add mayo, yogurt, and ketchup and stir in. Finally, add the diced shallots and bell peppers. This dressing goes perfectly with mixed leaf salads; in American cuisine, this dressing is also often served on hamburgers or sandwiches!
