Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 celeriac
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- Salt
- Oil, neutral
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the celery and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Toss the slices in a mixture of flour, cinnamon, and salt and fry in a pan in moderately hot oil until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside. Then season again with salt and lemon juice.
