Brussels sprouts in hazelnut breading

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g Brussels sprouts
  • 100 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 80 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Oil for frying, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • Sea salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Trim and wash the Brussels sprouts, then toss them in the almond milk in a deep bowl. Place the hazelnuts in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a pan. Remove the sprouts one at a time from the milk and toss them in the hazelnuts, then add them to the pan. Mince or press the garlic clove and add it to the sprouts. Roast everything for about 15 minutes. Season with sea salt and pepper.
