Quark – wholemeal rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour (wholemeal) or spelt
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • e.g. sunflower seeds or oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

juicy and delicious

Mix the quark, eggs, salt, and honey. Then stir in the flour and baking powder and knead thoroughly. Form the dough into rolls or loaves and place them on a baking sheet. You can also top with sunflower seeds or oat flakes. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Depending on the number of rolls, it may take longer.
