Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 g flour and possibly a little more
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ pack of yeast (dry)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix everything together and knead for about 10 minutes, adding seasonings if desired. Then, cover and let rise in a warm place for about half an hour. Then shape into your desired shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes, depending on the size. Season with flaxseed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, or chopped walnuts, if desired.
