Autumnal simple recipe, a colorful pick-me-up full of vitamins and minerals, therefore best served for breakfast

Deseed the pomegranate. To do this, cut a small hole around the belly, break it open, and scoop out the seeds. It’s best to place a large bowl in the sink and let the seeds fall into it. Peel and fillet the tangerines. Cut them into thirds. Wash the apples, cut them into eighths, core them, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Add the fruit to the bowl. Dice the feta cheese and add it. For the dressing, squeeze the lemon and mix with the olive oil and grape syrup. Season with salt and pepper. Wash and trim the green lettuce, and tear it into pieces over the fruit in the bowl. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and mix everything well. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
