Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- n. B. Salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- some lemon slices
- possibly coriander, fresh

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
delicious side dish or snack
Wash the cauliflower, pat dry, and trim the green leaves. Slice it. This only works with the center, and you’ll get about four slices from a large head. Reserve the rest of the cauliflower for another purpose. Brush the slices with olive oil. Season with salt and curry powder. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
