Baked pumpkin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small pumpkin(s), e.g. Hokkaido
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Deseed the pumpkin, cut it into wedges, and place it in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve with salad and a dip of your choice.
