Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g potatoes, mostly waxy
- 1 tbsp oil
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 egg(s)
- some breadcrumbs
- some Parmesan
- some paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- e.g. lime juice or lemon juice

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
in the Philips Airfryer
In the Philips Airfryer, it’s best to start with the fries. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Then soak them in cold water for about 20 minutes, rinse them, and toss them with oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place them in the Airfryer basket and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. For the nuggets, cut the fillets into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Coat them in flour, then coat them in the beaten egg. Mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, salt, and Parmesan cheese and coat the nuggets in them. Finally, brush or spray with oil. Bake in the Airfryer at 180 degrees Celsius for about 11 minutes. Serve with a cucumber salad with clear broth and, of course, ketchup and mayonnaise.
