A modified and lower-calorie version of the well-known dressing

Mix together the mayonnaise and yogurt, finely grate the Parmesan cheese, and add it. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Season to taste with white wine, a little sugar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. This goes wonderfully with iceberg or romaine lettuce, some roasted chicken, and fresh croutons. The chicken can optionally be marinated with teriyaki sauce.
