Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed, etc.)
- 20 ml vegetable stock
- 20 ml white wine (dry)
- 20 ml cream or yogurt (3.5%)
- 20 ml vinegar (white balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, etc.)
- 1 tbsp coarse mustard (e.g. Rotisseur)
- 1 tbsp honey, coarse (e.g. Rotisseur)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
a fairly universally applicable dressing
Combine everything in a tall, narrow bowl and blend thoroughly (using a magic wand). It tastes great with almost any leafy salad, especially with poultry. Keeps in the refrigerator for at least 2 days.
